Exclamation Starting up Problem.

I recently swapped out my INFINITI logo airbag cover for a Nissan one. I took it out the night before so it would be ready to swap out the next day. In the morning when i went to turn on my car , The RPM needle jumps to 2k then goes back to 0 and shuts off, sometimes it would catch itself before going to 0 and it would sound as if its struggling to keep the RPMs or ill have to gas it a little to keep the needle with high RPMs. I drove without the Airbag to LA to do the swap and after i did the swap it still did this. Did i do a no no ?

Any input would be appreciated

i called my mechanic up and told him the story, what he said was that the computer has to relearn the throttle process or something. Saying that a couple mins with a scanner will reboot the computer and itll be fine. its ok to drive with it too.

thanks guys
