I'm in the Mobil 1 camp too, its all I've used with great results. The thing is, all oil will work, its just a matter or how long it will last. Look into Blackstone labs, for $32.50 you get a breakdown of metals and other components in the oil and how much life is left in the oil. I've gone 5k with the high mileage M1 in my Land Cruiser (165K) and in my Camaro LS1 (215K) both with good life and low engine metal breakdown. I'm going to send in the extended life stuff next to see but I still dont think I'll run it 15K like the jug says.
