'05 Coupe head unit compatible with the '04?
Just wondering if anyone had any information on this... I was a little disappointed when the '04's had no mp3 player option on it's premium unit. Will the '05's premium head be compatible with the '04's electronics/layout? I've let my salesman lnow this week that I'm interested in swapping mine out if it is...

I am putting my money on it not being compatible.
The faceplate circuitboard of each headunit is attached to the center console trim, so you would have to find a way to interface the 04' faceplace circuitboard to the 05' headunit. I don't think that will work easily, if at all.
