For some reason this movie quote came to mind. I hope this thread is some kind of sick joke.

Amen to that. I just spent 4-5K on her in the last couple of weeks and it was mostly maintenance (beakes, clutch & flywhel, etc.). The only other things I did were powder coat the Rays, new tires, new exhaust, and a DIY blackout. Now I want Brembo's, but, unfortunately I MAY have to scour salvage yards for them. LOL!

I luv people like this guy, see my signature for the reason why. I bet this guy fills with 89 octane to save a few pennies. Just out of curiosity OP, how much did you pay for your car? In all seriousness if you can't afford a ztube you can't afford the fuel and maintenance, sell your car.

I think the main reason the 35 can be bought so cheap is more to do with a shatload of lease returns in '08 at the same time the 37 went on sale. Personally I would have saved $4-$5K if I had waited 5 months for the 37 to hit the market, prices dropped that much on the 35.

i just spent 10k on my beast for performance upgrades including a turbo. im in the navy and im just and E-5 with a family. i spend $70 on just gas...lol.

take a step back and when you doubt something you shouldnt go throught with it. take your time do it right the first time. and dont be afraid to spend the money. if you dont have the cash right now then you dont need it. i saved for 3 years to boost my car.

It's literally $35-$45 for a used Z-tube shipped. Like everyone else said.. if you can't afford that, then you are probably in over your head buying this car.

Wait till you have to replace your tires or brakes.....

seriously, man?

don't you see whenever anybody joins driver, everyone says "don't start modding" or "I'm broke because I spent all my money on mods?"

I wonder how you'll do if you start broke

If that tape gets sucked in, your car will be sitting for a long time. If you don't have the funds to mod it, you certainly won't have the money to fix it.
Get that tape outta there now!
