CB Coupe: Painted my oem grill matte black

Alright so i got tired of the chrome look of the oem grill so i decided to have someone paint it matte black instead. I think it turned out pretty damn good and it looks alot cleaner now. It goes well with the car better now that i got my front windows finally tinted.

Just wondering what everyone else thinks about it. Any thoughts or comments appreciated

Oh and i'm also looking to match the back emblems to the matte black also. Comments for that as well too, thanks againn

i'm not sure what sandpaper he used but it was pretty fine grade and as to the brand of the paint i just know that it is a matte black. the can looked generic though.

the guy who did it was really chill though, did the paint in 5-10 min tops only one coat needed and no clear at all. didn't wanna get a glossy effect cuz i went with black to get away from the flashyness (if thats a word haha) of the chrome

and my favorite color for the G's?

Looks nice. Matches your black tint. What is that 5%?? Dark tint looks nice on the G's.

yeah thanks man i thought it turned out pretty damn good too. It was quick and easy and it wasn't expensive. You should definately look into doing this yourself or just having somebody else with a steadier hand to do it for you like i did hahaha

I think it will look better if you leave it. It stands out nicely.
