Help: Mid life crisis

I'm 55 and have been driving a 03 sedan and now I'm wanting a coupe as I don't need 4 doors anymore, I can't figure out the body styles, I know I want a 06/07/08, just not sure if the body styles are the same or not. It s a great car and I know I'd kick myself in the a$$$$ if I tried anything else, Z, MecedezC or BMW. The car just goes and goes without any issues, just swapped out my front rotors and pad for under 250$. I have over 200,000 kilometers..please send me to some pics of those years, I have been looking but can't seem to find the differences, maybe there are none..

Thanks
GBoy

there are no major differences between 03-07 coupes. Just small things like lights, bumpers and interior.

Style remained the same till G37 arrived.

If you follow this link here:

https://g35driver.com/forums/g35-cou...s-06-07-a.html

You will be able to see the minor differences between the 03-05 models to the 06-07 models. My thanks go to Calvin for making that thread.

If you're not gonna heavily mod it or change the appearance drastically by wheels, body kits, etc. I would go for a G37 just because its the newest and has a totally redesigned interior. On the other hand, you can get G35 coupes for a fair price. I personally like the exterior on the G35 over the G37, but the interior on the G37 is sweet. You can check out people's albums to see what you like better.

I'm 50 and when I bought my Corvette, I heard nothing but the Mid-Life crisis jokes from everyone at work, hope you don't have to go through the same.
I have a 2006 G35 Coupe as my daily driver and enjoy this car just as much as I do the Z06. Of course you never read that.....lol

I would go for an 08 g37 if you can. The body styling is not as sexy imo but the interior and engine are much better than the g35.

Welcome from a 47 year old. I'm the veritable Grandpa of Driver and love my car. I would have to agree with the comments here. I like the body style of the 03-07 coupes (and sedans), but the coupe 08s and up have a superior interior and motor.

Good news is you can't go wrong with any model year. You're right, these are great cars. I drive an 05 sedan and am very happy with it.

The G37s are nice, but its something about that rear end that doesn't really work for me. The interior is definitely nicer in them, but I would not trade the interior for the exterior on the G35. Plus, with the extra money you save on a G35, you can always mod it! My friend with a 07 G35 sedan (basically same interior as G37) likes the interior on my G35 after I added a double din screen more than his interior. I already had stock navi, so now I have a dual screen setup! He calls it the command center! lol. You can probably save much more on a G35 vs G37.

My vote goes for the 37 coupe as well, for the aforementioned reasons.

Another old fart here.

Agree. My dad is 51 and he doesn't even want to move my car out of the driveway to get to his car out. It would be awesome to get my dad to drive my G.
