Suspension type?
Go with springs/struts as Joker said if you can find a set of springs that will give you the exact drop you're looking for. More than likely you won't find a set of springs that will give you the exact look you want, so in that case go with coilovers.
I ran 350z H-Tech's for the longest time but got sick of the fact that it only drops the front and the car ended up looking raked. Now I have BC Racing coilovers and I can adjust them to any height I want.

The Tein H-Techs take up some of the space at the top of your tires and it rides as well if not better than OE.
