I'm going to go do that right now ;-) it's the first one we've done but we figured there are two ways to do it 1) running it to the stock intake filter or 2) if the person wants it ran to an aftermarket filter no problem....i LOVE it it was waaay better than spending 300$ on a name brand.

To the OP:
The service light might be on due to the vacuum leak you induced. Just reset the computer and see if it still comes on.

Its normal. It happens. My guess is you used the hose to your pcv valve. It plays games with you maf sensor. Just reset the ecu. You'll be fine.
