Eject button - insert the software upgrade, let it install.
Eject button - insert the updated data DVD.
i istalled the 6.8 disc.. but it has the wrong streets/city
do have to drive around to adjust it

drive around, or take it out and reinsert the dvd. Did you buy the right region DVD?

How hard can it be, i did it with my mom's lexus and every worked fine right out of the bat.

 

You're supposed to drive for about a mile or two until the your car is repositioned with the satellite. It's normal. I think if you look at the map you're actually in LA or something.
