1) We don't know that it's an OEM wing. Are you sure it's not an OEM replica? Very common for dealers to install and sell replicas and charge OEM price.
2) Remove the trunk lid liner (it's just a buncha push clips). If it's drilled, which it should be, then you'll see the screws coming through the trunk.
