My 06 6MT coupe doesn't seem like much of a luxury ride to me. You can get a Ford Focus with Navi, bluetooth, TPMS, iPod plug -in, leather seats and power everything. Do the heated seats make my G a luxury car? Other than the heated seats my 03 Murano had everything my G does.

Not hating. Just sayin'.

The badge makes it luxury. Other than that, a Nissan Armada is more pimp than the G35.

the idea of the thread was nice considering posting in a g35 forum where we all are fans of our cars but in all reality there is no way our cars or line of our cars for that matter compare in anyway to lamborghini's, ferrari's ect..They are built in every aspect for racing. The cars exterior design alone is made to make it as aerodynamic as possible and provide as much downforce as possible and thats no even to mention the other aspects of the car (weight, engine, suspension). They take EVERY factor into consideration. For pete sake ferrari is coming out with a software to read the drivers heart rate, prespiration, rate of eye blinking and blood pressure to help assist drivers from crashing. they are 250k + for a reason. THEY ARE ART. Regardless if a G had 1000 hp they are not on the same playing field.

p.s. the video is nice lol

There was a big Merc on TG last night that had 4 levels of massage in the seats. The seats adjusted like 20 different ways and there were 5 different options for how far the trunk opens. Very cool but when you have that much money and need that much pampering, its time for a chauffer and a Lear jet. I mean, if you need a massage while driving and you have enough money to buy it, then you really shouldn't be bothered by having to drive.

[*]Everybody at the shoot (Owner, myself, cameraman, cameracar2) were ALL VERY disapointed with the Ferrari's quite camry sounding exhaust
[*]Months later I'm still getting used to the idea that SOME Ferraris can be so quite. It was a BIG shocker for me.
[*]Most people I know that drive exotics also agree.
[*]The owner JUST bought his car and has ALREADY upgraded exhaust even though he did not want to spend the money...he did it because HE thinks the exhaust sucks.
[*]NOW with upgraded exhaust his car sounds the way you guys think all Ferraris sound and certainly better than the G to some/many.

You do realize that the owners of the Ferraris were laughing to each other after they said that. Similar to when I see a riced out civic at a light, I will roll down my window and tell him "Beautiful car man, I love all your stickers and your spinners".

I can tell you have a strong inner ricer and I know that it is hard to fathom for people like you, but just because you have the loudest aftermarket exhaust doesnt mean it is the most powerful. Most people that spend 250k on a car do not want it so loud that they cant hear their themselves think.

The G is not a sports car, it is not even a luxury car. It is nothing more than a uncomfortable, semi quick grocery getter. It does not sound exotic or even that great. It is nothing compared to a real car with a real performance motor. No matter what you do, a V4/V6 with exhaust will always sound like a rice rocket (though some are better than others)

And finally....
