g35 wont start but headlights are bright and come on

Hi,
Lately my G35 wont start up .Door get unlocked, headlights come on, but when i turn the ignition the car wont turn on. When I get a jump, the car starts fine however when starting from my regular battery it wont start.
The car never had such problem and not it has started to happen all of a sudden.Seems like the battery is not dead as the headlights are bright and radio and everything comes up, just the car wont start on its battery.
Can somebody point me in the right direction.

Take the battery to an auto parts store and have it tested. They will tell you if it is bad or not.

Try your horn. I remember when my battery was almost dead, my horn wouldn't work right. When my car wouldn't start from a dead battery the horn wouldn't work either. The lights inside the car and headlights worked fine though. Starting a car engine requires a lot of instantaneous power. Headlights and a radio, not so much.

Hmmm, I still say battery. The starter needs amperage to work, your headlights only need volts.
What was your test results? Was it load tested?
Wires clean and terminals tight?

Faulty starter... Happened to me! Everything worked fine as can be, but wouldn't start? Its the starter.... any autoparts store will carry our starters.... For a reasonable price to!

Hmm, when you jump start the battery does it start? If so, it's not the starter but the battery. There are battery tests and there are....you get the idea.
