sorry for your mishap. i deal alot with headlights,as far as selling new/buying..i personally always insure good packing. as far as you shipping them back, you should have printed ur shipping via ups internet, they provide tracking prior to actually shipping the product..therfor you would of had the tracking b4 sending him his *****y headlights back...if you do get ur money back and decide to buy another set...pm me i can get you NEW projectors from infiniti, check my itrader for reference

Had it shipped to a PO box in Buffalo NY, drove there will a fellow g35driver member (geerider), we opened the box and right away we knew these aren't brand new (Both lights had haze) and both headlights were scratched up beyond repair probably from the poor packing job he did (Used a surround sound speaker box 2x the size needed to ship the lights in nor did he individually wrap the lights to protect them from rubbing against each other, or sufficient packing material so they wouldn't move around) I'm just glad no one bought these from my For sale thread as I was planning on selling my car and was trying to flip and ship them from the PO box in Buffalo under the assumption that I had purchased Brand new headlights.

I contacted him afterwards, he agreed to provide me a refund if I shipped them back, was very hesitant to do this but he had my money and said would only refund me back AFTER I provided a tracking number, sent the tracking #, and have not heard back from him. I have sent him numerous emails and PMs I know he has received my messages as he logs into driver almost everyday and before the purchase he would respond right away!

Also some advice do not make purchases through paypal using the gift option unless you trust the seller as this has totally screwed me over, paypal cannot do anything about it but only freeze his account. So I am out $500 + $50 for storage fees because he took forever to get back about providing a refund.

I have been more than patient with this clown and told him I would make a post about this and contact paypal etc. if he did not respond... you left me no choice you wanksta

FUC PAYPAL NEVER USE THEM AGAn.. on that note see if you can do a charge back with your bank. Thats what i had done and i got my 600.00 from sum dum fucca who tried to scam me also.

I bought mine on ebay too. but it was from Riverside Infiniti, which is highly reputable dealer even on this forum. They sent first headlights and it cracked on the way, so they gave me brand new set and i shipped my old cracked headlights back with the return shipping they gave me.

There the best.

Keep in mind in no way am I bashing Don as of yet, I can understand that he can be handling a lot of orders, and he also'd let me know that it missed first shipment. But, going on 2 months late? It does worry me...
dude my works took about 6 months before I got a shipping/tracking number...thats how it is with works wheels bro.

just a quick chime in: op, good luck with getting yoru money back!

as far as the paypal gift option. You are not charged fees ONLY if you use your bank account or a current paypal balance. If you use a credit card to send the gift. the recipient will get the full amount, and you have to pay the fee.

Case in point: I send shane a gift payment of $100 with my AMEX, I am charge $103.90, and shane gets $100 straight up in his account.

I've been talking to gcoupe the whole time, from pre-purchase to now. Gcoupe noticed I bought a set from Yangsta not too long ago (still not installed, so I hope they work). I had the fortune of a local pick up at least. Only questionable aspect of my sale was the claim of them being "New". I had heard mentioning from somewhere that he has a dealership friend hook up, so how he came across these lights IS a big question, but mine for the most part look really clean and in good order. I guess I'll find out when I hook them up.

Sorry it had to come to this for you Gcoupe, hopefully he levels up with you on this, us Mid-A'ers will see what we can do for you.

I hate to bring you the bad news. You guys bought JUNK from this guy.

These headlights while *MAY* look brand new. I am willing to bet they are recalled headlights. These are not worth the $500 shipped you guys are paying.
