I recently had a wicked rattle which I thought was coming from the passenger door...mostly when going over bumbs. After tearing the door apart and resetting my aftermarket component speakers, I took it to the dealer and it turned out to be bad tie rods. $1150 to repair no less!

take the panel off and tighten the inner door panel, its metal and has like 20-bolts on it. mine did the same thing.

I've had a bad driver side rattle since the dealer replaced the window motor. I might have to take it apart and see if something needs to be tightened.

Ouch, damn radzguy that hurts! You could have paid 1/3 less for the same service at an independent brake/alignment shop that deals with suspension issues every day. We see threads like this all the time, find a shop you trust that doesn't have Infiniti written on the building....you'll be $ ahead!

Sometimes the obvious is overlooked, for me it was the passenger seat belt bracket vibrating and hitting the door panel.

Tell me about it. There's rattling in my dash and it sounds like two gerbils are running around back there.
