This question is dependent on the height of the driver. Kind of pointless if you ask me.

As low as I can.. I already hit the ceiling with my helmet on sometimes. Thinking about getting a new seat that sits lower..

Low, reclined n tilted back a bit. Sometimes i switch it up, depending on laziness and traffic.

I have mine all the way down in the back and all the way up in the front that the most comfortable for me.
