This all started a few weeks ago and has continued on till today.

I think it might be coming from my breaks but im not too sure, also if the problem is with my breaks (brembo) does anyone here have any experience with changing their break pads at the dealer? IE how much they cost, should I stick with the old pads or have an aftermarket one?

Yes I've tried going througha car wash thinking it might just be break dust settling on the rotor causing the smell but even RIGHT AFTER the car wash the smell is still there...
