Hello- I am the proud owner of a 2004 G35x sedan, I had my key fob quit working the other day..... The battery in the fob is good, Now all of a sudden I am having issues with the horn honking periodically and the flashers flashing, The doors lock on their own.... Anyone ever have anything like this happen??
Thanks in advance

ive had this complaint before at work. you need to clean the board and all its connections. pop the remote open and spray it down with electronic parts cleaner or transmission valve body cleaner and let it dry.

Do you think the key fob would cause the other issues?

i did. and i answered it. those are all symptoms. clean the board and all those should disappear. it is caused by moisture in the remote and sometimes batteries that leak. they trigger the panic and window roll-down features that are accessible through the fobOriginally Posted by ashman

It still does it even when I take the Battery out of the fob... Seems like a issue with the security system???
