So a while back I was driving down the highway and a rock some how ripped through my wheel well exposing my CAI filter and last night i hit a pot hole and now pretty much the whole thing is busted out..how much is a new guard and how hard would it be to replace?

Very easy to replace. Jack up car, remove wheel, unsnap any remaining plastic thingys, place new liner in place and replace plastic snap thingys

How did you hit the rock ? I ran over a rock today on the highway, was almost sure that car is high enough to pass it but got a one loud rock on metal bang. Since the oil pan is covered I hope i didn't damage anything.
