All joking aside... Seriously WTF do I do now? I can try to dremel off the screw head so that it's flat on two opposite sides and try to wrench it off, but the lack of surface area of the screw head will almost certainly not allow me to get a wrench to bite it.. I can't drill into the screw extractor and remove it with a smaller extractor because it's going to break my drill bit (I've tried for like 20 minutes now) and there's not enough room to make a second hole next to it... I don't know if anyone else has run into this problem but... Am I screwed or am I screwed?

Can you clamp a small pair of vice grips on the screw and twist it out that way?

Doesn't matter anymore because I figured it out... I just dremeled a side down and took a flat head screwdriver and hammer and tapped it until it started to turn. I tried to drill a second hole first but it ended up snapping my drill bit... ****ing damn it - girlfriend just bought a nice TI-coated set for me a couple days ago too, she's never gonna buy anything for me again ='(

Remember kids use safety goggles so flying drill bits don't poke your eyes out!

I would have tried to do that but the head is way thin so it wouldn't be able to grip. If you've ever tried to remove it with a standard Torx driver, it's pretty impossible NOT to strip it and

And BTW everyone it's the torx screw that fastens your trunk to the hinges (if you needed visual representation)
