Engine shakes - anyone know WT* is wrong ?

I've got 03 G35 coupe AT with 90K miles
When the car is in Park, Neutral or stopped at the light - engine shakes (rpms are standing still tho) and those shakes are uneven...
shake... 2 sec interval... shake.... 1 sec.. shake.... 5 sec.... shake.... 1 sec... shake... 1 sec...

you can feel it in the steering wheel and even with your a** sitting in the seat....

just driving me nutz...

at first I thought something is wrong with the engine.... but I checked - everything seems ok...

anyone else has this ?

hmm....have you been hammering your car? im thinking maybe one of your engine mounts is loose if you say the engine itself is fine.

no, i dont think it's a miss, the engine light will most likely come up if it was a miss.

sounds like a loose or worn or torn engine mount

raise your hood and put your car in park, then put in reverse, then drive, then back to park, if it shakes violently then chances are its an engine mount

replace it, then get an engine damper, it will slightly help with the life of your new and old mounts, also turns that turning momentum into forward momentum

Sounds like a mount to me. As long as the engine seems fine.

No I haven't, but I just got it a couple of months ago and the previous driver could probably do that....

Ok, I'll check the mounts...

momentum
Checked - absolutely normal shakes/movements
nothing unusual...

Usually when mounts worn, the engine shakes constantly. In my case it get little "jerks" with interval from 0.5 to 5 seconds. However on the colds engine there are no shakes (rpm slightly higher).

Could it be MAF sensor ? Or injectors?
Almost seems like the engine gets uneven mix of air and fuel...
