So ive noticed recently that when I am driving slow such as parking the car the turning is EXTREMELY difficult like the power steering is out. What can cause this? I checked the fluid and it looked like it was at the right level, what else could it be besides the fluid being low?

 

if your car is the sport, the steering will be heavier than non-sport... only thing i can think of

 

See thats not what it is.. I just recently started to notice it and I like a stiff steer, but its like there is zero power steering at all and i really have to crank it.

 

Have you check your fluid levels?
You should not have to crank it at all. Some resistance but not crank it as you say

 

Check the power steering belt?

 

Yup checked the fluid level, it is between hot min and hot max, I didnt check the belt however, where is it located? and it is a CRANK, definately not how its supposed to feel
