not true, guys with nice cars like a lambo like when a young kid approaches them about their car. i struck up conversation with the guy and he actually let me start it up and drive it around an empty Borders parking lot in Naperville. a lil west of chicago. call BS or not i got to drive it and it was...indescribable
Price point, you won't find a better/fun car than the 370z. My shop just did wheels and suspension on one and not only are they so easy to work on (still, unlike lambos and gaymobiles) they're a great car. The speed different going from a Vq35 to the VQ37 is night and day, it gets up and moves.

370z, if u truly love the look and finish of a g35 then go for it.
These guys dont know that the new 370z have the first auto rev-matching clutch, do you know how nice that would be to just focus on the driving. its not even a question on which car to get...370.
its new, and has more curb appeal than a g35. We all drive g35's so were are all bias. Hell i have a ton done to my g35, but would I jump at a chance to mod a new car, especially a 370z yes.
It is faster, better features, yes-no back seat, but its a great car the none the less. go for it.

How tall are you?? When i went shopping i drove a G37 coupe and with me in the front seat, comfortably, there was no room in the back seat for anybody to sit anyway; I'm 6'2. I originally went in with the intentions of getting a 2nd gen sedan, which i did leave with but even still there isnt much room in the back seat. If a back seat isnt too much of a concern its hard to beat the 370z. Especially if you're into some speed and a low 13 sec car right off the bat is a nice place to start. If you want a driving machine, go with a Z. If you are just looking for something to cruise around in with some occasional speed and handling to boot, G35 or G37.

I'd love to have the powertrain from the 370z or g37, but I can't get past the styling of the new 370z. I was at the local Nissan dealership having an adjustment made to my driver's side window and I spent twenty minutes or so trying to find some redeeming quality in the 370's exterior. Just couldn't like it.
Reminds me too much of a Datsun 280z from the late 1970's. That rear window section is just hideous.
Plus once again you're left with a car you can't mod much for more power, short of going forced induction. I think I'd be looking at a v-8 powered 2011 Mustang before the 370z...even if I did look like a redneck after buying it.
