what would you do
hey guys
what would you chose between the g35 and 370z?
i'm currently driving an 05 g35. I was thinking to pick up a 370z this week.
so my question is what would you do if you had a choice of trading it for a 370z?
what do you guys think of 370z?
i know this is a stupid thread but just wanted to know....
thanks

[QUOTE=gary c;5255903]........what we have here is someone that's never driven/owned a Z but has his own opinion from GOD knows where! I've owned 3 Zs and my last one being a '92 300ZXTT was the best car I ever owned. The only thing I'd really miss would be the sunroof. My choice for a Nissan 370Z would be the NISMO edition in IP and they are beautiful....
lolllll i don't think i can buy the nismo edition but would you still buy 370z over a G?

Me personally, I'm not a huge fan of the looks of the car now. Something about the headlights don't work for me. And, they just don't sound good any more. The exhaust note isn't there like it is in our cars. At lest not the one that I drove (track).
Don't get me wrong, the car is nice and all but if I were you, I would save the money your going to ultimately loose and sink it into the G and make it what you really want. In the long run it will be cheaper and more fun, especially if you can do some of the stuff yourself. It will make you fall in love with your car all over again!

not true, guys with nice cars like a lambo like when a young kid approaches them about their car. i struck up conversation with the guy and he actually let me start it up and drive it around an empty Borders parking lot in Naperville. a lil west of chicago. call BS or not i got to drive it and it was...indescribable

i personally like the 370Z. i think it's a great car. if you haven't driven one yet, im sure once you go test drive it you will be convinced to buy if a sports car is what you're aiming for. i mean, not only does it have the new 3.7 with VVEL producing just about 330HP at 7,500 screaming RPM. the car also has a shorter wheelbase and weighs less than the G. it's shorter by about a whole foot. so handling will be much sharper and responsive. i drove a G37 6MT earlier this week, and boy, do i want one! they really are great cars. and if i had the money to buy one. i would.
just my two cents.

370z, if u truly love the look and finish of a g35 then go for it.
These guys dont know that the new 370z have the first auto rev-matching clutch, do you know how nice that would be to just focus on the driving. its not even a question on which car to get...370.
its new, and has more curb appeal than a g35. We all drive g35's so were are all bias. Hell i have a ton done to my g35, but would I jump at a chance to mod a new car, especially a 370z yes.
It is faster, better features, yes-no back seat, but its a great car the none the less. go for it.
