My sales guy here on the east coast just informed me that my car's delivery has been post-poned from late November to late December, but he did say "Hey, look on the bright side, people who ordered M/T may have to wait til April! So don't feel so bad. . . ."

That has more to do with the fact that you're on the east coast than anything else.

West coast dealerships are scheduled to recieve about twice the amount of coupes as the east in the beginning due to low supply.

Many dealerships including Grubbs are still expecting their first allocations by the end of this month/early november. You should have asked your dealership how many allocations they had.

Also, i know several midwest dealerships have postponed their 2005 orders because they have many 2004 coupes left on the lot. This would push back preorders too.

I wouldnt be too worried for the people that have already ordered their 2005s. I expected mine in January and still expect it in january

God damn! When are we 05 G owners gonna know when we are going to get our cars. I hear different things from each person who posts. When are we gonna know for sure. When do they even go into production.

 

If it is april then maybe they will call it a 2006 LOL!

hehe, kind of reminds me when the G35 Coupe just came out and people were ordering them without knowing the final date of arrival. For me, I h ad to wait like 3 months for my car, but oh man was it worth it. =)

05 automatic coupes start being shipped to dealer lots on monday, so perhaps you should just search dealer inventory and if you find something, just cancel your order.

 

Odd if its dellayed why do I keep seeing ads for the 2005 coupe and sedan?

 

I'm sure even if the deliveries are delayed ordering won't be delayed
