Clutch pedal sticking

I know there is already some post about that...
I have a 06 6MT G35 with 60 000KM (not miles) on it

Here's what happen... I was going to do a little friendly race with a STi so ive rev my car at 3k rpm and finally dump the clutch. But after a sec i realised that my clutch pedal was sticking and didnt want to come back ( 2nd time this happen ) so i pumped the pedal until it was ok. After that it start to smell like burned clutch for sure
Ive also notice that my clutch is damaged a little bit...i can feel the pedal is not as stiff than it was.

My car is still under powertrain warranty and under bumper to bumper warranty i think...so will Nissan/Infiniti will replace some parts or fix the problem?

Also do i should remove my JWT pop charger and replace the stock airbox before going to my dealer??

Sorry if my english is not very good.....

Thanks!!

the clutch is not under warranty so they will not replace your clutch.

did you check the clutch fluid? i had the same problem a few months ago and it turned out the clutch fluid was leaking and they had to replace the master cylinder and the hose

EDIT: btw you do not need to remove your pop charger

You busted your clutch. This is my prediction. Sorry. I have been thru this. Now I have a twin disk. Stock Infiniti clutches are organic junk for under $1000. You can get a stock clutch again, and break it again. Or go with an expensive $2200 twin disk and be done with the problem. At least, this is what I did.

I replaced those clutch line with a stainless steel clutch line and flushed out the clutch fluid, worked like a charm. Our regular hose line get really over heated and especially in very hot weather the rubber hose line gets over heated causing the clutch pedal to stick. try it out.

My clutch pedal sometime made weird squeaky noises on the hot day. I changed the clutch fluid and it works better than before now. As far as I know, dealership don't cover clutch problem.
