I am in Indiana and my local dealer said my car will be here on Oct 29. He also said it could be one week earler or after that date. I am very excited to hear that since I waited my coupe for about four month. It's three weeks to go now.

 

hehe..thats kewl..enjoy ur new ride soon. As for me, I just placed my order today. It was the very last day to place a 6MT for the first allocation at that dealership and everywhere. Today was the cut off date in which if someone wanted to order one, this would be it. Anything after today will go on next month orders.

As for me, I got everything below for about 36K, and my ETA is approx in JAN 2005. I'm thinking in mid JAN if anything. I cannot wait to get it though..I'm so excited now...due to knowing that I have a real order made =)

It will not be confirmed unitl it is on the dealer lot.

I hate to burst your bubble, but it will not be there on that date. We have heard rumors of delayed shipping. They have not hit the ports yet in LA, so there is now way it will make it to your dealer in October.

For $36K? Really? If so you got one hell of a deal. Sticker on an '04 optioned like that, assuming you're just getting the spoiler and not the full aero package (which would cost more) is $38,360. IIRC the '05 coupe's price as you've configured it will go up about $600, so sticker would be only a hair under $40K. That's a $4K discount on a first-allocation '05 6MT coupe. Pretty hard to believe...

 

I put in my order on June and I just believe what the dealer said to me. I also asked about the delayed shipping issue for the east coast area but he just gave me the specific delivery date.

 

I apologize. I forgot that car dealers are always completely honest with customers. Please let us know when you get it.

We service a sacramento dealer ans I was told late feb.

 

I was told by a Bay Area dealership that Infiniti will try to push the 6MTs to late DEC. This is the date in which is in the new MODELS 05 catalog as well, which just came out. I do have it, it shows new pics of the G35 sedan and coupes. With the new black interior and stone, stating that all that we've seen so far is the wheat one. I would show pics, but I don't have a scanner of my own. Sorry, but they are nice pics though. The interior looks so much better now, I think they felt that they needed to do this to compete with the TL.

where did you get the catalog?

 

I got the MODEL 05 catalog as a dealership in the Bay Area, you might want to check with your locals. I went to check with another dealership, and they didn't have it yet. So I guess some dealership gets stuff faster then others. I'm just waiting on the G Coupe book, which should come out soon.
