Accident - Deciding on New Bumper for 2004 DG Coupe

Somebody rear ended me a couple days ago! Yay! I guess, looking for a new aftermarket bumper now. I searched the forums but I couldnt find any good advices. I know i want to go with urethane because I would like the rear bumper to fit correctly and be durable. I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions on good rear bumpers for a 2004 Diamond Graphite G35 Coupe. If you know the websites please send me the links. I also dont want to pay for shipping and want to recieve it quickly. I searched the forums today and last night but i couldnt find any suggestions. Please help me! DOMO

Do you just want an aftermarket rear bumper and that is it? Or are you willing to do a full kit and everything as well?

If you're going to go with an aftermarket bumper with nothing else, then I don't have any suggestions for you since I think it will look kind of weird to have an aftermarket bumper with factory sides and front.

But if you're open to suggestions, I suggest hitting up Dustin@Strafe for his products. He's a vendor here on the forum and his link is here:

Or Arch Industries, but they don't offer any rear bumpers as of right now. And I honestly don't think anyone offers any poly rear bumpers right now either... at least not until Arch Industries finishes the Charge Speed rear replica.

The only poly rear is the CS replia by ARCH, and I don't think that's out yet.

FWIW, poly isn't really necessary for a rear. Fiberglass is fine.

Any place you order from is going to require shipping. Even if a shop orders it for you its still going to take awhile. I would look into just having infiniti replace your bumper since nothing here fits the criteria. Also it will look extremely strange if you have a newer painted aftermarket bumper and no other part of the bodykit.

SirHydro, like everyone mentioned going with an aftermarket rear bumper with no other mods would look strange. In your case it would be best and less expensive if you went to an Infiniti/Nissan wrecking yard and picked up a rear bumper in good condition and had it painted/installed by your favorite body shop....Good Luck!

Your going to have to pay shipping and search the marketplace.

Just keep it OEM. The OEM is one of the nicer rear bumper on the G. Haven't seen many nice "aftermarket" bumper that flows with the G.
