Hey all .. I have an 06 LR Coupe .. she has black powder-coated rims with the red time attack, blacked headlight housings, blacked JDM side markers, and currently I have a blacked grill with the infiniti emblem left chrome .. I plan on having the rear bumper diffuser painted black along with the roof and the side mirrors .. this poll will help decide my route with my trunk (full debadge, only chrome infiniti emblem, black infiniti emblem, or a strafe speed trunk) .. so, I'm either going to leave the grill black with the chrome emblem, go the black emblemless grill route OR paint the emblem black to match the grille and have it completely blacked out in front .. decisions, decisions ..

I vote for leaving just the emblem, or if u are willing to shell out the money, go strafe!

 

yeah, I've always loved the way your setup looks (all I do during the day at work is stealth through pictures on here lol) .. either way my trunk is effed because of the lettering fading behind it so it's most likely going to need to be repainted so that's why I'm wondering if it's worth painting the whole trunk for 200-300 or just shelling out like 580ish for a smexi trunk lol .. at first I was going to leave the front emblem chrome and have a chrome emblem on the trunk for contrast but my mood and plans with this car change more than a 50 year old woman with menopause

bro, i just did my grill 2 days ago, stock grill, flat black but left the chrome on the outter edge on, so it has a chrome lip and left the infiniti chrome.

looks pretty sick imo. dont think ive seen it done yet.
