Am I getting scammed

Hi I am aware this has nothing to do with bmws but this is a forum I can trust and knows a lot about used car buying. I am looking to purchase an Infiniti G35 coupe and I found this great deal on the NEW YORK craigslist. So I contacted the guy and he emailed me back saying "Hi,

Thank you for your interest in purchasing the car. The Infiniti is in perfect working condition with nothing mechanically wrong this car engine runs very, very smooth.no damages,no scratches or dents,no hidden defects, doesn't smoke, never been involved in accidents. All power and optional equipment work perfectly, the interior is very clean. The title is clear and I have already signed a release for the title to be transferred. You'll also receive all the papers required for registration , owner manual, keys, a ****sell contract already signed by me.
The price is $ 4,500 with shipping costs and insurance included. The price is low because I want to sell the car very quickly. I must inform you that currently I'm in Helena MT because I've just got a new job and I don't need the car anymore, the company I work for gave me a new car.

Thank you!

Best Regards!"

It was kind of fishy because he says he lives in Montana and he posted an ad saying he lives in new york. Then he emailed me back before I had a chance to respond a few hours later saying "Hi,

So if you want to buy it for $ 4,500 with shipping taxes included please send me your full name and shipping address and eBay will contact you about the payment. I will start the shipping and in max 2-3 days you will have the car right at your home with all the papers that you need to register the car on your name.
The car is at ebay´s shipping center in Helena, MT and will be shipped through DAS Shipping Company.
Let me know if we can get the ball rolling.

Regards, God bless you!"

The link to the add is

I would really appreciate it if some one could help me out!
Thanks, James

Does the seller have an ebay account? Look up his/her ebay rating.

Don't do it! If your looking for a nice well maintained G let me know. I have someone who can get one for you at a good price, he has hook ups at the lease auctions. That's where I got mine and I love it!

I would never buy a car until you can test drive it and have someone inspect it. And this guy sounds like a crook!
