Vortech makes the SC, not Stillen. I paid about 7k total, including tuning.

There's no bubble bursting Cersoft, cuz you are wrong. A Dyno and Dyna both take their readings at the rear wheels. The hp you see is RWHP. I calculated the dif at the wheels by 15% and it equates to about 453hp at the crank. The only way you can get an accurate crank reading is to pull the motor and put it on an engine dyno...I'm not flaming bro, just informing. How's the SC, BTW....your car is the nicest SC'ed Stillen I've seen...like that hump on the IP.

uh randy..... the dyno sheets clearly state that the hp rating is SAE corrected "FLYWHEEL" hp
and technically you can't just "multiply" the old driveline loss numbers to get "crank" hp because its a common misconception.
think about it this way... lets say your stock car has 30-40 driveline loss.. 30-40hp is enough energy to power a few houses. if you keep the driveline loss at 15% then your current calculations say you're losing and extra 25 hp through the driveline.. thats a lot of energy going poof.
but yea you might wanna recheck the dyno... from what i read it shows "Flywheel" SAE corrected numbers.

Re: DynaPAck results in...388rwhp, 329 ftlbs
again, and others can back me up...it is impossible to get crank or flywheel hp if the car is tested on a dynojet or dynapack machine. Shawn (at the Dyna place) may have just had the screenset to display the wrong verbiage.....as far as the % off loss ponies goes...you may be right...but I'm sure it's at least 425 or higher...anyone want to chime in on this?

Yeah, the only way to measure flywheel HP is by, get this, measuring it from the FLYWHEEL. Its probably just a typo on the dyno sheet. Im sure randy would have noticed if his engine was out of the car!!

Sorry bro I can't make it out this Wednesday, I'm flying out to vegas for a convention. Sounds like fun though. I'll hit up the track with you guys one of these days. Good luck on the times. I know you'll do well. I need to make another trip to Church Automotive soon. I need a retune since I last tuned with a stock exhaust and fuel pump.
