Nothing. OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer.

When they say its Infiniti genuine parts, the parts are basically made by Infiniti/Nissan for a particular car. Now some vendors, especially in the internet have OEM equivalent parts, that are the same as these genuine parts, but made by another manufacturer. As far as quality, genuine Infiniti parts will surpass the OEM equivalent parts, in my opinion.

^What he said. Genuine OEM parts are the way to go. Other manufactures can get close, but something always gets left out. If you need OEM parts, e-bay is good and I've heard great things about Grubbs Infiniti's online catalog. www.grubbsperformanceparts.com Use the dialog boxes on the left. Good luck!
