Problem adjusting the window

Just few days ago I installed a new passenger-side door lock actuator (OEM) for my 04 coupe. I had so much difficulty adjusting the window, and in the end I have to take apart my door again at some other time to re-adjust the window. Right now my window is not at the proper height when door is NOT fully shut. Also, when I open the window down it will make a scratching sound at about 1-1.5 inch way down.

Guys I need some hints before I tackle this again. This is what I did before:

Taking apart the door panel and the inner metal panel are easy steps from the DIY. I also loosened the bolts on both sides that hold the window motor in order to get to the actuator. After replacing the door lock actuator and tightened it properly, it comes to the hard part where I have to re-tightens the bolts that hold the window motor to the metal frame while adjusting the proper window position. I tried many times but I couldn't get this part correct. For a moment I did, I installed the metal inner panel then the window comes down again.

I am not a handy person, I had help from my mechanics but still couldn't get it right. I really wanna make this right for my G, so I will do this again. Anywayz, what you guys think? Anything I did wrong?

Also, window motor is also a common problem in the early G coupes, but mine didn't fail me yet. you think I might as well as clean the window motor next time I took about my door?
