over pricing for the OP's? or are you just trying to say bbk's in general? either way the OP's source is a pretty decent deal and you gotta pay to play if you want to get into the world of bbk.

hmmmm..
Futura:
8pot front/6pot rear: $4250
6pot front/4pot rear: $3850
Stoptech ST-60 front + ST-40 rear kit: $5500 avg street price
Rotora Street Challenge 6 front, 4 rear kit: $5090 avg street price
Brembo Gran Turismo front and rear kit: $7190 avg street price
(I personally didn't assimilate this research, so I don't know how many sites were looked at to accumulate this info, this was just part of the info used to make my decision on if the price was decent in comparison w/ other known brands....)
I know some of you said you could get the stoptech for less, but for what my intents and purposes were (primarily aesthetic to go w/ my theme for shows, 2ndly increased stopping power) this matched my goals perfectly. I don't believe you can get the stoptechs in custom colors w/out paying for more powdercoating.. These came exactly the way I wanted them the first time..
I really had my heart set on the color, that's what sold me on these brakes, and this was a vendor that allowed me to do that w/out foresaking quality, however subjective some of you might think that is.. They are really well built in my eyes and perform LEAGUES above my OEM setup, so I'm happy..
I don't plan on ever tracking the car.. again "plan".. so I think that using my car for long term tests won't necessarily be fair to judge how well these last or perform in harsh conditions.. They'll definitely last on my ride w/ the limited amount of driving I do now.. (I work from home, and just drive to the gym and back daily)
