Putting Car on 4 Jack Stands

How do you guys do this? I found that if I jack up the front, then it is impossible to put he jack underneath the differential. Vice versa if you do the rear first. Do you drive on 2x4? Would that even give you enough clearance? Do you do it phases by partially jacking up the front and then jacking up the rear?

If I'm doing front and rear I drive my front's onto 3 sets of 2x4's and one set in the rear. This lets me jack the front and rear up fine and get jacks underneath. You may not need nearly as many blocks depending on how low you are.

I made roll-ups to get my front end higher so my hydraulic jack will get below my sides then I use the frame rails to jack it up before adding my jack stands where the manual says to place them. I don't use my differential because I don't want to mess up the Nismo cover/cooler. Getting this G on jack stands is easy once you figure out what works best for your slammed ride....

jack up the front and place the jack stands on the front notches by the frame rail. then place the jack under the diff and do the same for the rear notches on the frame rail.

I use the stock scissors jack to lift it up high enough to get my floor jack under it. Only requires about three inches. Then vice versa to get it down. Also jack up one side of the car and do front and back then swap over to the other side front and back. I wouldnt do front then rear.

Another option is LDS Ramps, they work great especially on lowered cars.

The Question I got is with Jack Stands some of them come Y shaped at the top others are U shaped and other are flat..ect

The jack stands I am looking at

How do I get these to hold up my car with out ruining the skirt and on the jack spot, I seen some people use an adapter to fit 100% with that little lip that sticks out. But if you dont use the adapter how do you put it on the jack? Preferable does someone have a pic?

if you do it this way you place a torque on the frame.

Rotate your jack stand 90 degree so it U-shape is running parallel to the car. I wouldn't put that over the pinch weld point, but long the inside of the pinch weld point. There should be a little bump about 1" long right next to it. The head of the jack stand should span across that bump.

So this little flat area next to were you put the stock jack? Also if I were to use my jack itself, that little hump next to the flat area is were I would put it?
