your OEM exhaust Tips are welded to your muffler.

you would have to cut yours off and weld the new Tips on.

its been done before. is it worth it? up to you.

Google exhaust tips and see if anyone has what you're looking for. Then you can have a muffler shop replace them for you. Welding is the right way to have them installed....

i would say just go aftermarket, but if you are really wanting to do this. I dont get why you would have to cut the tips off? Why couldnt you just drop the whole muffler assembly, then burn the tips. That way you dont have to worry but cutting and welding. Might be a little more of a pain to have to deal with the whole bulky thing. But then you dont have to deal with cuttubg and welding, and all the stuf that goes along with that.

If you have a lot of time on your hands, drop the whole exhaust system, then heat up the tips w/ a blow torch. It will change colors. lol

Are u kidding me. The stock tips are no titanium. So therefore burning you stock tips would accomplish nothing. At least steer the guy in a reasonable direction. You guys are gonna have the guy outside with a cigarette lighter trying to set fire to his car!
