Looks like you are going to need a new rear fender and possibly a bumper cover as well as a tail light.

Remove damaged pieces. Put New ones on.

I think he's referring to the rear quarter panel which is not just bolted on but must be cut and rewelded back on (I think?)

Its a unibody car dude... you cant unbolt a rear 1/4 panel, its part of the structure.

I had almost the exact same damage a year ago. Went thru insurance, cost $2200 for repairs. Instead of welding on a new 1/4 skin theyll more than likely put it on the rack and try to pull it back out. All the factory spotwelds and seams are still good, why jeopardize all that by putting on new sheetmetal? Pull it and get it as close as possible and then use filler to smooth. Mine had damage behind the bumper, but very minor

Heres mine

If all the gaps are still okay, I'd want them to pull and fill if possible.

yours isn't nearly as crumpled and pinched together like his. one like yours is an easy pull, fill and paint. on the other hand his is going to most likely need some of the inner structure pulled and the outer skin cut and replaced from a doner car if possible. if he cant find one he'll have to get the whole quarter skin. unless his shop wants to put in all the extra labor using the existing skin and trying to make it look right. i think they'd have a hard time pulling if off though.

It could be pulled and worked out but most shops would just replace the quarter and bumper.

they say most accidents happen close to home, and this couldn't be more true. my driveway that i've backed up so many time's it's not even funny and the one time i get distracted i end up hitting the neighbor's fence post. the fence post is fine by the way. i plan on doing everything myself except for the paint unless i have to, i do have the tools to do it. there is a dent on top of the surrounding area of the gas door. i've done a fair share of sheetmetal work before. i have a 66 nova project that i've done all the metal work myself including 2 full NOS quater panels, floor pan, trunk pan, and a buch of other body mods. if anyone knows of a totaled g coupe where i can get the just the section i need that would be great. i cant do anymore damage than whats there and if worse comes to worse the whole quater can be replaced.

some more pics of damage
