Borla's look cool, however you get what you pay for. These headers produce the least powergain (some have said none all) of all the headers out there for the "G" or the "Z". The stock exhaust manifold is actually a pretty good design, and the Borla is not an equal length header, and does not offer much improvement in the scavenging effect over the stock manifold. The best header is the Crawford. The Nismo is second.

If you just want it for looks and to be cool, the Borla will be fine. For performance - Not the Borla.

what about the borla true dual exhaust set? is that a significant upgrade from the stock exhaust system? i know it sounds better definitely. but are the other advantages worth getting it?

i have the borla headers, resonated test pipes and borla exhaust, it sounds pretty damn good (i also have a supercharger which makes a small bit of difference)
