Brilliant Silver Chips?
PDR guy damaged my paint :(
I went to a PDR place off of Yonge and Steeles in Toronto. I dropped off my car to fix a dent and came later in the day to pick it up - the guy ended up chipping my paint. When I got my $100 quote a week or so ago, he said he would go at the dent from the rear wheel well, but instead he used the glue pull method, which took off some paint. Ontop of that, while I left my car, I called out the technician for driving it around 7km for a joyride!
They waved the dent repair cost because of the chips and offered to touch it up for me if I bring them a matching touch up paint. Now I'm left though with chipped base coat (see pics). What's the best way to touch this guy up? Is it even possible with brilliant silver?
I'm pretty pissed at my experience these guys gave me...

Paintless Dent Removal "done right" won't hurt your paint! That's the whole idea behind the process, no paint damage....
Visit your Infiniti or Nissan dealership and get the touch up paint to match your car....problem solved.

is the paint too shallow for something like that though? as per the picture, each chip is maybe half the size of a penny. the clearcoat abd basecoat were ripped off, the primer remains.
i'm deciding between the following:
- using a brush (using the paint pen from infinti by removing the highlither tip and just dabbing my brush in the paint). first apply the basecoat then apply the clearcoat.
- using the pen as it is from infinti (highlighter tip with basecoat on one end, clearcoat on the other)
- make an aerosol can from a paint shop store and tape off the area and spray basecoat then followup later with a clearcoat
what would be the best way to approach a chip like this?

Hi - when he used the glue pull, he pulled the clear coat and the base coat. what you see there is the primer
