Get coilovers. Then you won't have to worry about getting the wrong springs, you'll be able to lower/raise it to whatever height you want/need.

I have tein G H-Techs, they lowered the front more then I thought they would.

I would say if you drive around a city /urban area with parking garages and drive ways, any lower then G H techs, be ready to scrap undernether your bumper...

Best advice of the day. To add, the shocks and springs will be matched to each other for a much better ride than mis-matched shocks/springs. I went from a S tech/Revised Z combo and my coils ride waaaay better.

If you're set on springs the Tein 350Z H techs have the most similar spring rates to the oem sport suspension.
I have those on my car but I did the spring mount mod in order to get the rears to match up with the front drop.

I have z s-techs and drive around city/urban areas a lot. Dont have any scraping problems. I have a thread in the media section. "finally dropped the G" should still be on the first page. Check out the pics, they ride very much like stock suspension.

Def. go with the Z S Tech Tein springs. They will give you a nice aggressive drop but not to much to where you will be scraping.

Cause I love ho'n my pix.

Here's a picture of my coupe on 350z H-techs. The ride is very close to stock (spring rates) and I've only scraped once the day after I lowered because I forgot I was a lil lower.
As far as what looks good...you'll have to be the final judge on that, everyone's gonna have an opinion there

I'll go ahead and suggest the coils I have, Function & Form Type II. I've had them for a little over a year now and haven't had a single regret or problem with them, very pleased. They have 32-way adjustable dampening and can slam your car to the ground if you'd like. Also look into BC racing coils or Megans coils, I'm pretty sure they're all around the same price (under $1k).

I'd pass on the Tein basics, they don't have dampening adjustability. PM mrwong@statik, he can get you anything for great prices.
