It's called an intake plenum gasket and there's two of them, one for the top plenum and another that seals the mid-lower plenum. I'm not sure if you need both but I think they come in a set anyway and it's an extra 2 min to replace the lower. You can probably order them at Autozone, but check vendors here or online since it's probably cheaper. You're looking at about $20-25 range.

The upper plenum (collector) gasket, unless it's been removed dozen's of times, can easily be reused. It's pretty sturdy and is not under a lot of pressure. Suggest you read the plenum spacer installation instructions you can find on the Motordyne website so you know what's to be done, especially the torque on the plenum bolts which isn't much (~9 ft-lbs). These WILL break if you apply too much pressure. The lower plenum or intake manifold to block gasket can also be re-used but should be re-oiled... I don't think you want to paint the lower plenum as it is not easily visible in the engine bay but that's up to you.
Post pics when you're done... I've thought about doing this next time I have the intake manifold off for maintenance. What kind of paint are you planning to use?

I painted mine gunmetal with regular rustoleum. It looked awesome afterwards. It's all about the prep, clean the part very well with degreaser or soap and alcohol. Then prime it with auto primer. Lightly sand after a couple of coats of primer and clean the part again then paint. The upper plenum doesn't see too high temperatures IMO, nothing that regular paint can't stand up to.
