HELP! oil in intake manifold

I was installing my motordyne spacer today and when i open up my plenum, I found oil stains everywhere. At least I think it is. I am thinking it came from a crack in the intake by the Oil dip stick. I found residue in that area.

WHat should I be doing. I think ive been running like this for a while. Is this serious? I am wiping it down as much as i can but I have a feeling the lifters could be jammed?

Whats the next step? Thanks guys. Pictures attached.

How many miles on your car?

This seems to be normal thanks to the passenger side pcv, lots of people buy a catch can so this does not happen. If your going to clean it up also unbolt that brass item in the center lots of oil pools under there.
