for future refference for anyone who might have the same question
The alternator and power steering oil pump belt should be tensioned to 85.5 -94.5 kgs. or 188 - 208 lbs. of tension for a new belt , and 74.5 - 83.5 kgs. or 164 - 184 lbs. of tension if you want to adjust an used belt
The A/C compressor belt should be tensioned too 35.5 - 44.5 kgs. or
78 - 98 lbs. of tension for a new belt, and 48 - 57 kgs or 106 - 126 lbs for an used belt to be retensioned
hope that was helpful to anyone looking for the same info

When serpentine belt dry, they may emit a pronounced squeal on start-up and when the engine accelerates. The rubber may have stretched ever so slightly, which manipulates the proper tension needed.
