Squeak in front passenger suspension

Squeak in front passenger suspension
My car has recently began to squeak on my passenger side front wheel whenever I drive over a speed bump or any large bumps in the road. It sounds like it could be related to suspension but would like someone's opinion on this before I take it in to a body shop.
