G35 manual transmission oil and differential?

Today I bought Amsoil 75W-90 Manual transmission oil GL4. Would 3 quartz be enough? I also bought Amsoil Sever Gear 75W-90 GL5 for the differential. Would it be ok to use 75W-90 for the differential instead of 80W-90? Also how much differential would I need to fill in? Sorry I don't have the manual.

Both of those fall in the Nissan recommendations. I have the manual on PDF as I my G didn't come with one.

From the manual:
MT
Genuine Nissan Manual Transmission Fluid (MTF)
HQ Multi 75W-85 or API GL-4, Viscosity SAE 75W-85 or 75W-90

Diff.
API GL-5, Viscosity SAE 80W-90*5

Note
*5: For hot climates, viscosity SAE 90 is suitable for ambient temperatures always above 0°C (32°F).

Here's a link to help you out.

I would highly recommend using the oem nissan gear oil for the gearbox. Many people have complained that using other oils cause worse shifting. There are some threads on here about it.

Diff however you should be fine. The 75w-90 is fine.

Agreed, I have no experience with other MTFs but when I changed my the fluid with Nissan MTF my shifts got a lot smoother, less notchy, and I had some vibration in 1st from a stop that was totally eliminated. Nissan MTF FTW!

Ok thanks for the help. I did a bit of research about Amsoil and everyone recommends it and no problems with Amsoil. Also in the transmission would 3 quartz be alright to put in with no spills? Or would I need to add that 1/8? Cause the guy told me I would only need 3 quartz so I got 3 quartz.

It's good to have that extra quart. I def went a little over 3qts refilling my transmission. Also, oem Nissan MTF ftw!

Mine took about 3 3/4 to fill so you'll probably need an extra qt.
