are you talking about the lights in the headlight or the lights in the front bumper?

are you talking about the front side markers on the front bumper? if so those arent suppose to blink. the only thing that blinks in the front is the turn signal in the headlights. the front side markers in the bumper just illuminate thats all.

You can however make the side markers blink

Unless of course you wired them into the turn lights like some of us have, the clear sides will blink when turn signals are activated. It's a safety thing so the vehicles around you are aware of your intensions. A few GM cars have had this for 30 years....

Lol.... I was surprised to find out the side markers don't blink. Anyone know how to get alternate blinking. Like headlight signal flashes and then side marker flashes after.
