Net 5% off a $200 item isn't enough incentive to buy for me.

Tax and shipping bring the item back up to almost retail price. And I found a store selling the SS for $188 plus shipping which is pricing available anytime.

He probably doesn't need the business but tell him that I'm willing to drive to his office and pick one up myself for $160 cash.

 

I'd be interested to know who has the $188 price since the owner says no one gets any discounts as distributors. And it comes to 10% off, not 5%. The RR is the better deal, but I don't believe these things have very high mark-up...anyway, your choice.

I was waiting for the pricing as well, and its a great price, but not great enough for me to jump on the bandwagon. You can get it off ebay brand new for the same price and save the sales tax or like someone else mentioned, some retailers sell for it for the same.

With that kind of *special* pricing, though, I speculate that that big list of people who listed insterest of a group buy will topple like a Jenga tower.....lol

Personally, not enough incentive for me since I live in Hawaii and shipping is only UPS and will probably run me like $40 for 2 day service to save $20.

Those prices really aren't that good. i can probably get you guys a better deal. That company will probably charge outrageous shipping cost.

I can get 1 gtech pro rr for around that price. i'll get back to you guys on a group buy for more savings.
