AT tranny problems, HELP!!!!!!!!

Hi guys, noobie here. I have a 03 coupe w/44,745 miles and AT tranny. Recently, I saw the AT CHECK light come up, and as soon as I put it in (D) it shifted hard. When I hit the gas, it felt like I was dragging a boat. When I got higher in the rpms, then I notice that it was stuck in 3rd gear.

I quickly took it over to my mechanic, he scanned the car and got these two codes: P1752 & P1762. We checked them and realized that these are the input clutch solenoid & the direct clutch solenoid. Now, I've been doing some research and all I could find is that I would have to change the entire valve body.

My question to you guys would be, has anyone else had this prob before? and if so, what did you do? buy the valve body? bought the solenoids only? and were could I find the valve body(if it were the case) other than the dealer?

Highly appreciated on the help you can bring guys, cause it sucks to have a ricer next to U trying to race, without blowing my tranny going 70mph

NANANA.....

I ain't racing, I'm barely taking it up to 45mph( thats 2200rpms)

I said 70mph cause it would be around 3500rpms+ and I'm not about to blow up the trans for a race.

So don't attempt to race the ricer. Be mature and just drive normally

Been doing that, but I want to fix the prob, not play it safe with a faulty tranny
