Definitely need to work on the launch. I've seen a stock 6MT get 9.4 and he was new to the track.

I had a best of 9.2-9.5 @ 78-79 when I was stock. Unfortunately, our 6MT cars can vary in 1/8 mile times and then wheel hop problems start to come as the times drop and power increases as in my case. So far my best 1/8 mile time is only an 8.9@81 with wheel hop.

I have a buddy who has a near stock 05 6MT G with just a y-back exhaust that has a best of 9.2 also.

It also depends on your track. If that track is a high elevation track and/or a high DA (density altitude), that time isn't so bad. All tracks are different.

^Try looking at my videos in my signature below.

My mods include MREV2, 5/16 spacer, X02 test pipes, Osiris tune. That's it.

Full mods!!! specially the osiris tune youre probably puting down like 290hp those are exactly the mods im going for. Right know I only have a ztube and a apexi drop in filter. Im picking up a 5/16 spacer on saturday and then I'll probably wait until I find a mrev2 for a decent price. Im also getting the X02 and replacing the resonators with x pipes like you did. It sound perfect!!! How much you paid for the tune???

Don't forget to change the Final Drive gearing. Putting a 3.7 or higher on your car will make a difference.
