They claim 14ftlbs gain for the 350z I bet there is a little more gained from the g35c than that.

yeah, i would assume that it makes more power than he 350z system. It's supposed to be relatively the same system. I'll bet that the G35 exhaust was more restrictive than the 350z exhaust though. Hence the more to improve on.

Say, ATStephen, I just joined up with G35. I've also been to the Stillen site, but something doesn't quite add up. The pic of the car is the G35 Coupe but the drawing of the underside with the Stillen Cat Back Exhaust seems to be a 350Z. Are you saying the Stillen Exhaust is definitely a two-pipe, two-muffler sandwiched together design? Or, is it more like the B&B design which is one pipe back from the cats into a single resonator with two pipes coming out of it where the stock units exit under the rear facia panel?

And to answer your question, the stillen exhaust for the g is the exact same as the 350 but with a shorter design. Its the first true dual catback for the g35 to be produced. Non of that gay fake dual back with stillen.

Marcel! Thanks for the answer and link to "auto-tuner-performance". I checked it out. I also went back to the Stillen site just to make sure I wasn't dreamin'. Then, I went to http://i-m-racing.com. You may want to look at these guys, too!

They're selling Stillen and NISMO Weldina exhaust, and NISMO's is a single pipe back---I wonder who's got the right take on power/torque? What do you think of NISMO?

Then, if you look further down on the G35 listing, they mention a "coming soon" Japan titanium exhaust for the G35 Coupe which is not only a single pipe back from what I can see of the pic, but also a single exhaust!! Since it's not identified as NISMO or any other name, it's hard to tell if this has any credibility, but we'll see.

most gains of all wow that thi is nice but they need to angle the right exshoust pipe so it is stright but it still amazing

 

I'm waiting to see some independant dyno numbers before I would buy any of these systems. Plus, I worry about it screwing up the sound. Last thing I want is to turn my low-growling mini porsche into a farting civic. Even for 5 HP. AND I don't want to loose any torque.

Yea ive seen all those exhausts, there are some pretty intresting designs. The single pipe one your tlaking about is the topsecret. As far as I know they are the only ones with a design for a single pipe for the coupe.

The autotuner guys as far as I know seem to have the lowest prices on everything. Just give them a call when your ready to order. Even the stuff they dont have listed, im sure they can get it.
