Re: H Teins.

So would 10s work in the rear with a 22 offset & H-Techs??

Re: H Teins.

I have found that cement floors can have low and high spots in them that are hard to see with the eye, but they are there. A level will measure level but not dips or raises in the cement. It might only be off 1/2 inch in a six foot area, but when we are dealing with only a small change in height it could make a difference. It may not be a big deal but when we set up our race cars we always try to consider this issue.

Re: H Teins.

Got home last night after a heart breaking experience at Racing Zone. Details will be with held for a few days to see how things "work out".

Any way... I took the second round of measurements after the H-Techs were installed.

The fronts dropped by 0.5" and the rears dropped by 0.25". I guess it's now time to wait for the car to settle for a week and then do a final measurement to see the exact drop.

For those of you considering larger wheels (10" wide in the back or bigger) and the H-Techs, be forewarned... The place that installed my springs actually cut the lip of my wheel well with some type of grinding wheel.

That's all I can say about this subject right now, but just wanted to inform everyone that a 10" wheel and lowering springs will result in fender rolling or some hacking away at the car.

What? You think that John Kerry is not consistent?

Re: H Teins.

I hope your blanket statement above is not correct......
I have 10" in the rear.
I think it depends a lot on your off sets, not just width....
at least I hope so.

Re: H Teins.

This just depends on the offset! Trust me I work for a wheel shop!
